We deliver standardized utility sheds within our Minnesota service area. Availability is confirmed by ZIP code when you request a quote.

Service area

Our current service area is being finalized. Enter your ZIP code when you place your order and we will confirm whether we offer delivery only or delivery and installation in your area.

Delivery fees

Delivery and installation is a flat $499 for every shed size. Local pickup with no installation is free.

Site access requirements

• A clear path wide enough for the shed and delivery equipment
• No low branches, wires, or tight gates along the route
• Firm ground the delivery equipment can safely cross

Ground preparation

Your site should be level and well drained. Slope, soft ground, and obstacles may affect whether delivery is possible and its cost.

Customer responsibilities

• Confirming local permit, zoning, setback, and HOA requirements
• Locating property lines and underground utilities
• Preparing the site before delivery day
